Sarah has a Chancery practice, specialising in Pensions and Life Assurance Law and related Professional Negligence and Trust and Probate disputes, comprising High Court litigation and advice.

She has acted for successful defendants in high profile Pensions and Life Assurance and mis-selling cases, and trustees and representative defendants in pensions cases and private trusts, and at present, is involved in advising on the issues arising from the Pensions Act 2004 in the context of company reconstructions and insolvency.
