Luke read laws at University College, University of London, graduating with first class honours. He was included in the UCL Dean’s List for 2000 and awarded the Bentham Prize for Jurisprudence.

Practice

Luke practises in all fields of Chancery and commercial litigation.

More specifically, his practice includes property, trusts, wills and probate, Inheritance Act claims, company issues, such as section 459 applications and winding up petitions, and personal insolvency. Luke also undertakes work in relation to general contractual and commercial disputes, debt actions, insurance and reinsurance and tortious matters, such as professional negligence and passing off claims

Luke has litigation experience in the High Court and the County Courts, in arbitration and in mediation. His practice also includes advisory work as well as drafting commercial agreements, leases, property grants and all forms of Chancery instruments, including trust deeds and wills.
