Charlotte read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford before coming to the Bar, where she was made a Scholar of Brasenose College on the basis of academic achievement.

Practice

Charlotte practises in all areas of chancery and commercial litigation. In particular her practice covers general commercial and contractual disputes, trusts and equity, wills and probate, property, tax, companies, insolvency (both personal and corporate) and debt-related disputes.

Charlotte has experience of litigation in the County Courts, before High Court Masters and Registrars, and of applications in the High Court. She also undertakes drafting and advisory work.
