Charlotte read Natural Sciences at Cambridge before coming to the Bar.

She is an ACA having worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the investment management and insurance industries for three years before joining chambers.

Practice

Charlotte has a broad based chancery commercial practice with an emphasis upon Probate, Property, Insolvency and contractual disputes.

She undertakes litigation in the High Court, County Court and Court of Protection and advisory work and drafting.

A large proportion of her practice relates to will disputes, claims under the Inheritance Act 1975, real and leasehold property disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency and general commercial litigation.
